The Diva's weekly challenge #13 has really tested my left hand. With wild abandon I had to throw caution and safe strokes to the wind. After a tight start I gradually relaxed and my non-dominant hand settled into a wistful flow!
it's amazing what we can do when challenged...using non-dominant hand could be a real turn off, but those who have taken on this challenge have shown true dedication to themselves and the ability to try new things. this turned out great!!
If you thought of a kite with mine, I see something organic (like dandelion seed) floating in your tangle for Laura's challenge this week.
Went to a workshop sometime ago and we were encouraged to use our non-dominant hand for daily tasks like tooth brushing or stirring a cooking pot. Apparently, using one's opposite hand creates new neural pathways in the brain and slows down the advance of old age memory problems. It also increases general coordination.
Thanks always for your visits to my blog - I sure enjoy my daily peek at yours!
