String 004

Weekly Challenge #129: String Theory v. XXV: Tangle Patterns String #004
The Diva has chosen a string design from Linda's Tangle Patterns collection for this week. Strings are a wonderful foundation or guide for our tangles to sit or weave around the edges, often my tangles creep over the line or sweep into another section. I always enjoy these string ideas because often the hardest thing to do is to just start, I love the limits of a string design and know I can cross over or trip the light fantastic and dance!

  1. I'm going green with envy right now. ^^ Your tiles are beautiful, all three of th them. The combinations, the shading,...just stunning. I guess my favorite is the first one though because the string is disappearing in the flow of the patterns.

  11. What a great ensemble of tiles all using the same string. Very much lovely. I also love your verbal description of how to use a string; especially the part about tripping the light fantastic.

  15. Wonderful! Love how your designs flow and tangles merge into other tangles rather than abruptly ending :)
