This is a super name for The Diva's Challenge this week. Just start a tile without drawing a string. With both these I went straight to the corner first.
Lovely, lively tiles. I love the freedom of no strings. These tiles reflect the lack of restraint due to some kind of obligation (to stay withing lines). The number of great tiles I've seen for this challenge also confirms my feeling that the string is not necessarily creative, especially if it's someone else's!
Wow! Both so neat the way the patterns intertwine with one another. Both very strong designs. I love the tangle in the top one that looks like dice coming through the web.
Love these tiles!
ReplyDeleteThe triangles in the second one are SUPER!
They're both beautiful but the second one is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteBeate
Indeed, two beautiful tiles. The second one is also my favourite, it's such a pleasure to look at.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. I have to be different. Your tripoli in the first tile is absolutely stunning!
ReplyDeleteI think they are both gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI have so enjoyed the fun of exploring the path of design and then absorbing the beauty of it all!
ReplyDeleteReally like the Tripoli in the first tile. Think that is my faviorite but both are great. Like the interlacing of things in the second.
ReplyDeleteLove them both!
ReplyDeleteBoth are very beautiful and nice
ReplyDeleteI love the jangly chain of triangles!
ReplyDeleteWonderful job - I especially love the second one!

ReplyDeleteI love what you do with Tripoli. Fantastic!
ReplyDeleteThese tiles are gorgeous... the tangles are so varied and go very well together. I'm impressed with your tripoli, as well. Great job!
ReplyDeleteWonderful :) Love your tripoli. And the progression of triangles through the second one really directs my eye through the design :) Love them.
ReplyDeleteBoth great tiles. Different and yet the same 'wow'ness.
