It's taken me a few attempts to find my own spin on this ticklish tangle. Today I've had a jolly good whirl pulling, stretching the threads and tying off the ends. Yes, arukas is another favourite tangle.

Emily Classon has shared her paper doll dress ups this week. Thanks Emily, yes when I was young I loved making paper dolls and clothes with my cousin on the summer holidays. We would spend hours designing, drawing and making up stories.

Weekly Challenge #195: "Turning Old into
New"
The clever idea for our challenge this week comes from Sandy Hunter at tanglebucket.blogspot.com
Select favourite freeform tangles and turn them into grid tangles.
If you find tripoli tricky try this, I was surprised how well it turned out. Draw two lines for the grid and one line through the middle of each square .......fill the triangles. I am going to do this more often.

Last week our Facebook group Square One - Purely Zentangle featured the tangle hurry.
That was early in the week but a few days later hurry exploded into squill with pops of colour!
