You see, I got so hyped up about "border" that I never even thought of letting the patterns spread outwards. This is sooooo clever and soooooooo pretty and I just love the very idea of it.
This is just Fabulous and I love how everything is tied together so beautifully. I love your groovy interpretation it's so seamless it looks as if it's one tile with fabulous shading. Groovy and Hip Daddy Oh! (beatnick jive that I don't get to use very often!)
I like how you have layers that appear seperate but are all connected. Understated colour palette is very effective too in drawing your eyes around the piece.
Once I was working on my stack I realised I wished I had done something to tie them all together more. And I come here and see this and go 'that's the sort of thing I mean'! Thank you for bringing my vague imaginings to life!
Wonderful, it didn't occur to me to run over the border edges in the stack! So beautifully drawn and so airy. Your Mak-re-Me tangle is a marvellous tangle, so clever of you to have created it.
Beautiful stack and I really like how the bottom brown tile really makes the brown "string" pop.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteOoo what a great idea. Would look good on a card

ReplyDeleteNice... love how they carry over and join onto each new frame.
ReplyDeleteWonderful! I like how the various tiles offer just a hint of layers, the patterns flowing so smoothly from one to the next.
ReplyDeleteLove how you did this!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!

ReplyDeleteRather than letting the stack separate your tangles, it created, to use an idea from Maria, a fence for them to jump! How cool!
ReplyDeleteWow!!!
ReplyDeletelovely! what a wonderful different idea!
ReplyDeleteOh WOW. I just love the way you completed this challenge. Excellent.
