The Diva's Weekly Challenge #208: "Duotangle - Cubine vs
Pokeroot"
The light is shining in all directions, perhaps the wind is gusting and the berries are being toppled and blown about. Not so sure about this one but I like the wavy lines in cubine.
Indeed, the waving lines are very beautiful. I also like the outlining of Pokeroot and the shading.
ReplyDeleteI like the wavy lines also. This is a lovely tile.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful tile! I really like how you shaded and highlighted the poke root, and the wavy lines in the rest.
ReplyDeleteOh yummy! I love the textures the colors brought out....wish I had been so clever!
ReplyDeleteThis is so delightful. I love the wobbly grid and those Pokeroot look good enough to eat!
ReplyDeleteAhh... beautiful :)
ReplyDeleteI like it very much! Especially your great Pokeroot.
ReplyDeleteYou can almost hear the wind blow. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteOh wow!!! It made me happy as it reminded me of cherry pies! What an awesome piece!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteI really like the movement created with the two patterns. Beautiful. Have a brilliant day! c
ReplyDeletethe white of the pokeroot is just lovely, and your combinations all shine together: the beige paper with red and gray cubine, the white highlights in the cubine and the pokeroot. It's so good looking.
ReplyDeleteThe added color in the cubine is really wonderful! AND the extra white in the pokeroot is very cool...lovely rendering!
ReplyDeleteI love the contrast between the reddish color and the white. Stunning!
ReplyDeleteNice tile! I can see the movement.
ReplyDeleteGreat Tile, love the movement.
ReplyDeleteI also love the wavy lines of your cubine and the aura around pokeroot.
ReplyDeleteWonderful colour. Looks so beautiful :-)
Such subtle pretty coloring, and as usual, a beautiful design!
ReplyDeleteNice composition. I like the cascading Poke Root.
ReplyDeleteNice wavey Cubine! On Pokeroot, I especially like how the stem meets the berries, or rather, emerges from them...and the shading too. :-)
ReplyDeleteYour art is always so inspiring! I really like the wavy cubine, and the poke root is so lovely! Your shading is always exemplar!
