Laura's own snazzy tangle boo*kee is our featured tangle this week and I am loving the new Zentangle Renaissance Tiles. The colour is a beautiful tan so my favourite sepia brown pen (which looks a bit red) and the white gelly roll adds another dimension to our Zentangle art.
Just beautiful, Michele!!!
ReplyDeleteLooks very lacey. Like the effect. I have not had a chance to work with the new tiles. Will probably order some after the holidays.
ReplyDeleteHi Shelly! I'm now a CZT and am loving it more than ever. I love the new Renaissance tiles as well. Your work is wonderful and inspiring as always!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, great composition and combination of tangles !
ReplyDeleteWow great how you did a tangleation of boo*kee. I like that you shaded the circles so they pop up out of the pattern, looks so different. And ofcourse the combination with the diva dance, makes this a real honour to Laura.
ReplyDeleteShelly, I swear you come out with some of the most spectacular tiles....every time I see one of yours, they just keep getting bettter and better. You are a very talented girl. This simple design you turned into a great piece of art. Needless to say, but I love it!
ReplyDeleteI just went back and looked at your tile again and now I notice in the upper section the ghostly aura using printemps but in white and I see the whole tile representing a closeup of the sun and the light it gives off and the white light oozes out into space. Great rendition.
ReplyDeleteAs always, this is just beautiful - elegant, sophisticated and just perfect! Axxx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful as ever! I'm loving these new tiles and the white, black, and sepia, and you really show off all that can be done! Lovely boo*kee especially in the lower corner. Love your work :)

ReplyDeleteI am loving your design on the new tiles and your sepia brown pen gives it a zip.
ReplyDeleteYou really have the knack for the Renaissance tiles. Now, draw the other 3/4 of this Zendala. And get a frame. Simply marvelous.
ReplyDeleteGood idea Cris...thanks!
