Every week LeeAnn treats us with fantastic tangling so I was excited when The Diva's challenge #112 presented us with LeeAnn's tangle tuxedo. Once I found my rhythm it flowed with lovely loopy lines to form a fancy lace effect.
Thank you LeeAnn for your weekly highlights and your elegant tuxedo.
So simply elegant. Hands down, my favorite!
ReplyDeleteI like the simplicity and am completely jealous of the nice, regular, even ovals. My primary difficulty with this pattern is the near impossibility for me to get the shapes even and regular! Very nice!
ReplyDeleteWow, elegant is the right word for the satiny look of this sweet tile! Thank you for your kind words!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the simplicity of it....:)
ReplyDeleteYou have such a gift of taking the most geometric tile and giving it a soft curly look. I love this!
ReplyDeleteYour Tuxedo looks like a beautiful vintage lace, beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThe unadorned tuxedo...really nice lines and look.
ReplyDeleteBeautifully done! It's so delicate.
ReplyDeleteAs always you made something beautiful of the challenge. I love the Zingers coming out of the lace.
ReplyDeleteI agree, your tile is very elegant. It has a lacey and delicate look. It doesn 't look geometric at all anymore. So i think you got the right flow on toxedo.
ReplyDeleteI love this one!
ReplyDeleteOh wow, Shelly. You got that circular part down perfectly. Love your shading too.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the others, so simple yet so elegant.
ReplyDeleteI love the flowing, lacy feel. Not what I expect from Tuxedo, but you have such a way with your tangles. Amazing!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteLike the way that your tuxedo flows across the tile. Like the way that you shaded it.
ReplyDeleteWonderful interpretation shelly! Love it!
ReplyDeleteYour Tuxedo looks great!
