The Diva's challenge #51 is to explore Zentangle's new official tangle called fife. There are a couple of ways to draw fife, I wanted to follow the alternating alignment steps but try and curve around a circle. It took quite a bit of focus to keep a smooth flow. A creative challenge, thanks Laura.
What a great way to use fife!
ReplyDeleteit looks positively 3-D!
ReplyDeleteClever way to add circles inside fife, brilliant! I can see the shading there and you did brilliant as well! Thank you for your kind lovely comment on my blog.
ReplyDeleteIt looks so different this way.
ReplyDeleteVery well done
Great with the star in the middle.
Your Fife is the perfect example of how/why to use shading. It makes such a difference and adds such dimension to your tangle.
ReplyDeleteThe way you've done fife, it looks like a cross between tripoli and 'nzeppels. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteOh wow! A whole new 'take' on Fife. Nice!
ReplyDeleteLove the way you got it to curve! Very, very nice with the circles and the shading!
