A ZIA Spiralation Celebration

200,000 pageviews!!! It's an exciting day here at Shelly Beauch blog!!

Thank you to everyone who visits, stays a few minutes or writes inspirational comments, thank you for your delightful emails and messages.

So in the spirit of appreciation I am giving away 7 Zentangle Inspired Art Spiralations.

Paper size: A4 - 21cm x 29cm (8" x 11")

Choose the ZIA you like and give it a name, one word is okay.
Type the number and name in the comment box.
My daughter Katy and grandchildren Heidi and Samuel are going to choose the winners after 7 days.

Zentangle has enriched my life with addictive creativity, I appreciate every delightful moment with a freedom to express myself without the concern of judgement. I have made treasured friendships and will be forever grateful to you all particularly Rick and Maria for enchanting art, passion and enthusiasm.

With love and hugs
Michele

Eccentric Circles

Challenge #74. The Diva has come up with another great string idea.......eccentric circles. As I am tangling on the official Zentangle ensemble tiles for 9 nine weeks of challenges I thought 'ooops' what am I going to do here? So I have drawn a string in a string. The sort of wonky circles look squashy and bulgy, I am glad there are 'no mistakes' in Zentangle! Love and hugs to Laura and Zentangle friends.

Spirilations - Finer

Experimenting is such fun, I have tried bigger, bolder, brighter, darker and now finer. With this ZIA I used a 005 Pigma micron on Saunders Waterford (140lb) watercolour paper.

Size:19.5cm 25.5cm (71/2" x 10").

Bridgen

Challenge #73 brought to us by The Diva is to draw the tangle bridgen by Carole Ohl's husband Daved.
For 9 weeks I am using the official Zentangle pre-strung ensemble tiles for The Diva's challenges. This is the 3rd tile. Thanks Daved for building bridgen!

Secret Garden

When I finished this Zentangle Inspired Art (ZIA) piece it reminded me of a secret garden. Apart from the wide border the string was a couple of lines which turned out to be the branch, everything else grew from there.
Tha paper colour is called vanilla.

Size: 51cm x 65.5cm (20" x 25 1/2")

Cyme On Time

There aren't many different tangles in this Zentangle Inspired Art, it was relaxing in true Zentangle style to keep repeating the patterns. The string was five small circles drawn with a pencil at random (this time no lids or bowls were involved in this piece!) cyme just seemed to fit nicely around the circles.
