The most difficult part of this week's challenge was choosing a past tile to remix and there wasn't any thing that I could add much to so I have re-created an old one from October 2013. It's always fun to remix and re-create!

During the week Stephanie Jennifer sent me an idea to create a tile linking ellish and mooka.
Oooh yes, they morph together with a nifty connection. I am certainly going to do more of these combinations.

Splashes of bright bold red and I can never have to much mooka.

I have been enjoying yincut lately so have added it to all three tiles.

 

Quiet time this week with my LYRA Rembrandt-Polycolor pencils.

I was tempted to fill the centre of the Zendala but decided to just 'let it be'.

Workshop in Cairns 2016

Cairns in far north Queensland is becoming one of our favourite destinations especially when we can combine a holiday with a 3 day Zentangle Workshop! Isn't that living the good life?
We explored the basics of reticula and fragments, designed book covers and enjoyed the flow of the gold pen.
