Nine week Ensemble
Nine weeks ago we planned a trip to celebrate Paul's 60th birthday, to help count down the weeks I started an ensemble with The Diva's Weekly Challenges.

Citius, Altius, Fortius
Faster, Higher, Stronger. Rho Densmore has stepped in to help out with The Diva's weekly challenge #79 and to celebrate the up and coming Olympics we are getting into the spirit of participation with the Olympic rings.
The tile is the last of my 9 week Diva Challenge ensemble. I will post the complete ensemble later in the week.
The ZIA was last weeks 'just for fun project' and by coincidence the rings have a bit of an Olympic skewwhiff style. Zentangle is such a treat and a joyful way to participate and share.

Auraknot
The Diva's Weekly Challenge #78
Auraknot, our new Zentangle official tangle is the star of the show this week. I saw stars the first time I saw auraknot but now I see flowers. My step-out was a bit off balance by the way. Check out the proper steps on Rick and Maria's video. Super fun!

Linking Circles
Linking circles gives you a starting and finishing point, it helps with an even look. Start tangling at the cross over line and continue around. Tripoli triangles, purk and zander fit well into a circular string. I love the 'peeping through, over and under' aspect of Zentangle.

Fiore di Pietro
Our weekly challenge #77 from The Diva is by Rho Densmore CZT. Rho has created a special tangle to honour the life of her late brother-in-law and named it Fiore di Pietro (Peter's flower). It is a delightful tangle which has many different looks and ways to explore patterns.
Rho, I am sorry for your sadness, you have permission to use my tile.
