Weekly Challenge #323: "Home"

It's wonderful to venture off on holidays and it's always lovely to come home.
Even though our garden is looking quite wintery, when I looked out the window this morning my bright red pots shone in the sunshine so they were the inspiration for the colour in my tile today.

  3. We've got Summer here at the moment ... You can tell it's summer because I'm only wearing the one cardigan! I'm lacking inspiration for this one but I may follow your lead and allow myself to be a little less literal today. Your tile is lovely and that splash of colour is glorious.

  7. By the looks of your garden, I assume you live somewhere Down Under (depending on one's perspective). However, your beautiful tile more than compensates for whatever might be lacking outside. Nice!

  9. Lovely tile, I'm still trying to get my head around the idea of your place looking winter! My grass isn't that green now......sigh.

  10. I'd trade for a winter that looked like that! But your tile is beautiful.

  11. Shelly your picture of your home down under is very nice. I love it that you have all kinds of trees in that shot. I picture Australia to be arid and inhospitable but the picture of your home defies those thoughts I have had. I love the book I bought from you, Today I will Tangle, it sits on my desk in front of my computer where I tangle and I look at it everyday. Duane, CZT28.

    1. Duane, Tasmania is a special place to live! Green with rain forests and wonderful beaches. It's safe and feel very fortunate to live here. So happy that you love my little book too.
