The Diva's Challenge #98 this week is to use Donna Hornsby's tangle keenees. A cute tangle that fits in anywhere. There is a heat wave sweeping Australia but here in Tasmania the weather has been hot one day cool the next, we went to the beach for the weekend, as it was windy there were only a few girls out in their teeny weeny polka dot bikinis.
What a wonderful way to highlight keeneee to its best advantage!
ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous! I love the repetition, curves and use of red, most appealing.
ReplyDeleteI love the way you used Keeness in your mandela. Beautifully executed.
ReplyDeleteWow, this is a beautiful Zendala.
ReplyDeleteI love it!
ReplyDeleteI like it very much. I like the combination of tangles and colors you used. Makes me looking over and over again about how and what you did.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and just the right amount of colour to set it off.
ReplyDeleteYou made a really great zendala!
ReplyDeleteThis tile has such a hypnotic feel to it, it feels like the lines are moving. Wonderful work as always shelly :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic zendala! There are so many things about it I love. One of the things I really like is the way you carried keenees out, it draws the eye out to the edges of your piece. I find the contrasting weights of linework and whitespace very attractive.
