Unknown Outcomes

A joy ride is combining ideas from Zentangle tiles to help create a large piece of  Zentangle Inspired Art. Be free of plans and restrictions and the page gradually fills with little bits of tangle delights. I love the element of surprise when a tangle pops out from behind, turns corners, hides, circles around and ventures off into the unknown. It's a bit like a road map and a free Sunday afternoon with no particuar place to go. Feel the freedom of the open road and appreciate the scenery.
Wishing you a fun adventure this weekend and keep safe!

  3. Very poetic post, Shelly. Beautifully executed composition. Love all the negative space where one can stop to...breathe, relax, enjoy.

  6. I'm curious Shelly. Do you do a pencil string over all or part? or just start and go? Obviously the circles are pencilled in first. I feel 'big' wiggling about at the back of my brain ('paint' too) but can't decide where/how to begin.

  7. Margaret, yes I pencilled the 5 circles in the middle 1st, then went quite haphazard in different directions. I am looking forward to seeing your 'big' I am sure it will be spectacular!
