Rolling With Our Icosahedron

Today Heidi (our 8 year old grandaughter) and I enjoyed a very creative time rolling the icosahedron. The 20 sided dice is included as part of the Zentangle kit. Roll and match the number with numbered tangles like on the legend or create your own. It's a good way to choose which tangle to use. Heidi loves colour so she chose 20 beautiful bright pens and numbered them also and rolled for a colour choice. Her Zentangle Inspired Art started with a string consisting of many circles.

  4. Excellent work by your grandaughter! And I know the thrill you get when they are so creative, having recently received one from mine (see blog). And I am so wrapt in your latest masterpiece. I love your little touches of colour and am amazed how you can come up with such variety and different ways of using tangles. You are such an inspiration. Thanks for that.
