Tangling instead of drying the lunch dishes!

Just for effect I tried a little watercolour paint, the background is pencil, the ring didn't work out quite right but happy because Zentangle is abstract and I enjoyed tangling the towel. This fragment is Q3 in Primer Vol-1.

Playing with a ribbon

It's time to start thinking about Christmas cards so I have been playing with the idea of a ribbon and gold baubles. Not sure yet where this idea will end up.

Zendala with a fold

Maria Thomas has been posting this fabulous idea on Zentangle Mosaic, just fold about a third of your zendala tile so it's sits up. Of course it's not just an ordinary fold but has the special name of phiphold.

EAXY

EAXY is a very nifty tangle but I found it a bit tricky to stay even and lost my way......... thankfully Zentangle is perfect for lost paths and heading off in new directions so off I went happily veering into munchin.
My 2nd tile really went off plan, if you look closely it started OK with EAXY but then just went whoopsie, it was fun though, I kept on drawing X this way and that!!
